In 2002, Hangzhou Huaning Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. set up the cosmetic finish factory - Hangzhou Manteli Cosmetic Co., Ltd. Owning 150 employees, our company covers a workshop area of 10,000 square meters and an office building area of 2,000 square meters. Our GMP standard workshops can produce cosmetics, skin care products, aroma products and filling equipment. We have also established cooperative relationships with famous companies such as MaryKay, DeBon, Kose and Red Earth.

Adopting advanced technology and directions from Japan, we use overseas raw materials to process products including both cosmetic products, which are lipsticks, lip color, lip gloss, eye shadows, mascaras, liquid foundation, powder foundation and loose powder, and skin care products such as wrinkle smoothing eye cream, pre-makeup, massage cream, scrub cream, facial treatment cleanser and toner. We also produce many kinds of perfume.

Our company owns more than 1,000 moulds offering production lines from injection mould, bronzing, printing to product design, formed by pressing, filling and package. Our managers follow-up service, design specialty products and develop new types of products for our clients.
